Under direction of the 第九条协调员, 第九条 & 民权调查员 investigate complaints filed by students and employees involving civil rights and 歧视 issues, 还有性别歧视, 性骚扰, 性侵犯, 跟踪, 性剥削, dating violence or domestic violence 和报复.
